Norfolk Mansion, Saigon is looking for a potential candidate for GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER position

REQUIREMENT: 
– University graduate
– Excellent Japanese and good English writing and communication
– Salary negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism as an ambassador for Norfolk Mansion. Constantly, displaying a great sense of integrity and conveying to guest a sense of knowledge and assurance.
– Handle and follow up with guest concerns and complaints and report directly to line manager in daily basis to make a change and amend the service procedure as needed.
– Deliver outstanding customer care at all times. Management of long-term arrivals.
– Attend promptly to customer’s inquiries and assist them with their needs. When it comes to complaints, provide solution to guests’ issues or concerns. Ensure all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite, efficient and courteous manner.
– Maintain self and environment in all areas ensuring highest standards of presentation at all times.
